In light of the current Coronavirus situation, we are taking a common sense approach and would like things to continue as normal as much as is possible during these challenging times. We are following government guidelines and are, as always, taking precautions.

In-Salon Procedures:

1. We are working at every other station to enable social distancing.

2. We have currently removed all magazines from all salons to reduce the handling of materials.

3. We will politely ask every client to wash their hands upon arrival.

4. We are currently not booking any future children’s appointments. (this will be reviewed regularly)

5. We also cannot facilitate children accompanying adults due to social distancing & other customer wellbeing in the salon.

6. We are no longer accepting cash payments to reduce the handling of material between our team & customers.

7. We are anti-bacing all touch surfaces on a very regular basis.

We can appreciate that some of these procedures may cause some inconvenience but our main priority is the health & safety of our team and customer base.

If you are concerned about being unwell, please seek medical advice..

Please also call our salon on 01604 708228 to let us know you will be cancelling your appointment.

We value your co-operation. Thank you.

Before making an appointment, please ask yourself the following questions…

  • Have you travelled abroad or to any locations that have been hit by the virus?
  • Do you have any cold or flu-like symptoms?
  • Are you, or is anyone close to you, feeling unwell?

If so, please seek medical advice. Please also call the salon on 01604 708228 to reschedule, should you already have an appointment booked.
