Do you offer a free colour consultation?

Of course! Come and see us for a free, none committal hair colour consultation & patch test.

Why do I need a skin/patch test?

The wellbeing of our guests is paramount so patch testing needs to be carried out 48 hours before any hair colour services requiring colour to skin contact. We need to update tests every 6 months.

Should you wash your hair before going to the hairdressers?

We always wash and condition our guests hair, both female & male clients. If you’re coming to see us for a hair colour or hair up, it’s best to wash it the day before you come in.

Which stylist is right for me?

Our stylists are priced on their experience & expertise. This is entirely your decision, all of our team are fully qualified and brilliant behind the chair. Some stylists may have more experience in certain areas so we are more than happy to direct you depending on service.

Do you have a rewards card?

Yes! We offer our quests a unique treat card, where you can collect points ranging between 5-10% of the services you purchase to spend on future visits!

How do I book an appointment?

Book through our online booking system, call us on 01604 708228, or download the app for the fastest way to book & check availability.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit for the majority of services to secure your booking. Although we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy where you’ll be fully refunded.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling and your deposit will be moved to your rescheduled appointment or fully refunded.

How much do your hair services cost?

Big question!

  • Generally prices range from £23 to £250 depending on what you’re looking for and with which level of stylist.
  • Detailed pricing available in our price list.

What products do you use?

  • We stock our own MAJOR styling and cleansing ranges which our guests absolutely love!
  • We also use Wella and Sebastian professional products including their professional hair colour ranges.

What qualifications do your stylists have?

  • All our team are trained to a minimum of NVQ level.
  • Additionally our stylists receive ongoing professional training from Wella Professionals.
  • Our team includes talented stylists, barbers, and colourists with extensive experience.
